Top 10 Most Valuable Global Brands of 2025: India Shines with Tata Group at the Forefront
Global Brand Landscape in 2025:
As 2025 unfolds, projections from the United Nations suggest that global economic expansion will plateau at 2.8%—matching 2024’s rate and remaining below the pre-pandemic norm of 3.2%. Against this backdrop of slower growth and shifting consumer behavior, leading brands worldwide are adapting rapidly to maintain relevance and drive value.
Despite these economic headwinds, the collective brand value of the world’s 500 most powerful names has surged by 10%, increasing from USD 8.6 trillion in 2024 to an impressive USD 9.5 trillion in 2025, according to Brand Finance’s latest Global 500 report.
While the United States and China continue to dominate the global brand rankings, both countries have experienced a slight dip in representation: the U.S. now accounts for 194 brands (down from 203 last year) and China for 67 brands (compared to 72 in 2024).
Technology brands continue to hold strong, securing four out of the top five spots among the world’s most valuable brands, showcasing the sector’s continued influence.
